WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) July 11, 2024 – The future of the Western Bank is up in the air once again after New Hanover County’s Planning Board voted against a proposed amendment to the Western Bank’s comprehensive plan Thursday night.
The amendment will now go in front of New Hanover County Commissioners at their August meeting.
